Digests are sent automatically via email every Sunday morning (Pacific Time). The digest includes latest overall 30-day rolling NPS (or CSAT, CES), weekly response stats, and qualitative feedback highlights.

Currently the email digest is sent to only one email address. To share the digest broadly, customers often create a team email address (e.g."nps@example.com").

To modify the address that receives the digest, go to Settings > Email Digest.
