Wootric CX platform can be configured to send CSAT survey responses to Zendesk tickets

Wootric's Zendesk integration allows you to send CSAT survey responses to your Zendesk tickets.

πŸ”” Only CSAT accounts can send Wootric data back to Zendesk.


​Requirements before starting

  1. Customer Satisfaction Ratings need to be enabled for the Zendesk account.

  2. The status of the ticket needs to be "Solved" on the Zendesk side. Learn more here.

  3. The EndUser needs to be verified on the Zendesk side. Learn more here.

  4. The field "ticket_id" needs to be all lowercase and included in the trigger setup. Learn how to set it up in your triggers.

This walkthrough will show you how to set it up.

1. Find "Send data to Zendesk" under All Integrations > Send Wootric Data in Settings

2. Connect Wootric to Zendesk

Submit your Zendesk subdomain and click "Connect".

3. Allow Wootric to send data to Zendesk

Give permission to Wootric to send survey feedback to Zendesk tickets.

4. Wootric is connected to Zendesk

Once the integration is connected, all responses containing the ticket_id as a property will be sent back to Zendesk and will update the ticket.

  • Scores of 4 and 5 will show as "Good, I'm satisfied".

  • Scores of 1, 2, and 3 will show as "Bad, I'm unsatisfied".


FAQ - Frequently Ask Questions

Why don't I see an integration to Send Data to Zendesk in my account?

Only CSAT accounts will see the integration to Send Data to Zendesk. If you have an NPS or CES account, you will not have the integration available.
