How do I find my property names and values in my Dashboard?

Here is how you confirm what your property names are

Property Names or Segments are the exact names of properties you pass along from your surveys.

Knowing the exact name is important for a few features:

  • Targeted Sampling

  • Email Routing with Properties

  • Setting up an Email Survey Campaign

So where do I find my Property Names?

1. Go to Edit Filters in your Dashboard

2. In Manage Segments, the API Name is the Property Name you should use everywhere

✅ The API Name is what you want to use. This is the name of the Property your surveys are passing. Copy and paste this in whatever integration needs your property name.

❌ The Display Name only changes how your properties get displayed.
