With the Wootric email integration you can bring customer feedback directly into your email inbox. You can set up rules to send feedback about your app to a product email inbox, or promoters to a marketing email inbox.
We currently support the following feedback rules: All responses, Promoters, Passives, Detractors, All responses with comments, Promoters with comments, Passives with comments and Detractors with comments.
- Visit your account settings panel and in the left menu find and click on the "Send Wootric Data" button. This button is under "Integrations".
- In the list of integrations, find the one that says "Send new feedback to your email inbox" and click the green "set up" button.
- Enable the email integration by clicking the green "enable email integration" button.
- Click the "add another" button to add a new rule, and enter your email address.
- Click the "save" button to save your rules.
