Occasionally, when uploading a Wootric email template into Intercom's template editor, you may encounter an error message that says that the variable content may not be valid.  

To resolve this, delete the {{ content }} tag from the template.  It is located near the bottom of the HTML code. 

 This should stop Intercom from trying to find a content variable and the errors will stop.  Your template and survey will not be impacted.
