(1) Navigate to your CXInsight Watchlist by logging in and clicking the “Watchlist” tab.

(2) Select “Custom Watchlists” in the next tier of tabs.

(3) Click on the button that says “create custom watchlist”

(4) Choose the appropriate type of watchlist item.

For example, if you want to keep an eye on what issues are trending you could choose a Trending Tags watchlist. Choose a saved search, like People in Spain, and see what’s tags are trending most in their feedback.

Choose what you want to track from the drop-down menus and the date range you want to display, then hit save.
