The power of CXInsight lies in being able to distill insights from your qualitative feedback. When your feedback from various sources and survey metrics is connected to rolled up themes (tags), you can analyze and track those tags by creating custom reports.

Report Example #1- Tracking specific Tags/Themes during a specific time window

Tracking many different themes and only want to report on a select few that the business cares about most? This report type allows you to be specific about the Tags to show in reporting and visualize those tag volumes and sentiment based on the data filters you select. In this example, we're showcasing the performance of 4 key themes across all data sources in CXInsight that have tagged qualitative feedback.

This report can be viewed as trends over time, or as a snapshot of the current period with tag sentiment simply by toggling the graphing image in the top right hand corner. Shown above is the bar chart with sentiment option.

Step 2: Feedback % Breakdown.
Step 3: Compare By: Tags, Choose your own values

Step 5: Set Filters: (no filters applied)

Report Example #2- Reporting out Top issues based on Survey Score (i.e. NPS detractors only)

This report can be viewed as trends over time, or as a snapshot of the current period with tag sentiment simply by toggling the graphing image in the top right hand corner. Shown above is the line chart option.

Step 2: Feedback % Breakdown.
Step 3: Compare By: Tags, Highest frequency

Step 5: Set Filters: Metric Type: NPS, and Scores: 0-6 (Detractors).

(Step 5 can easily be adjusted to showcase different subsets of data...i.e. feature promoters with high scores, or a different metric type)
