Setting your time zone in CXInsight

Set the timestamp on all your feedback to your local time zone

Does the timestamp associated with your responses not look right? 

Your time zone is probably set to UTC and not your local time. Head over to CXI Settings and change your Time Zone to your local area time in the Your Account section. 

After you update the Time Zone, you should notice the timestamp shown on all your feedback will have updated to local time.

Note: You'll need to be an admin on CXI to set your Time Zone.
