For NPS, CSAT, and CES questions you can edit the entire first question of your survey and use your own custom language.

If you'd like to customize more than just Product/Company Name and Audience, Wootric can unlock that feature for you.

Use Case

Changing a CSAT survey to use past-tense.

  • Normal CSAT: How satisfied are you with your onboarding experience?

  • Custom CSAT: How satisfied were you with your onboarding experience?

Now the wording for the default survey question is recommended by Wootric. But if you need to edit it we understand. The best practice is to keep the basics of the question the same and only change what's needed.

You'll find the option in Settings > Customize Survey.

This option may show as locked. If so, contact Wootric to enable this option.
