Welcome to the Trends Tab in the Admin Dashboard
What does it all mean?
In addition to selecting the date range, you can also adjust the scope of the data presented by selecting between: 30-day rolling average, Daily, Month-over-Month and Week-over-Week.
Based on the scope selected, you'll see the trend line of your NPS. If you hover your cursor over the line, you'll be presented with the breakdown of the responses, response rate and NPS. These numbers and scores will change as you move along the trend line, change the date range or change the scope.
At the bottom of the Trends Tab is the Response Bar. Here, you can select between seeing the number of responses (default) and seeing the response breakdown percentage.
Number of Responses: this shows how many responses were received in a given time period for the scope selected and of those, how many responses were Promoters, Passives and Detractors.
Response Breakdown: this shows what percent of the total responses received in a given time period for the scope selected were Promoters, Passives and Detractors.
Filter by Response Type
If you click on the words: Detractors, Passives and Promoters, you can filter the corresponding responses out of the Response Bar.
