Glossary of all Intercom variables available to map inside Wootric/InMoment Messenger App Surveys.

Filter and analyze survey responses by any Intercom attribute when you pass a user attributes to Wootric along with survey responses. The list below details standard Intercom attributes and their meaning. Note that this list does not include custom attributes that you may have created.

To map attributes to InMoment, go to your dashboard Settings> Trigger Surveys > Intercom Messenger.

name String Full name
email String Email
phone String Phone Number
created_at Date Creation date
signed_up_at Date Registration date

unsubscribed_from_emails Boolean Whether the user is
unsubscribed from emails

marked_email_as_spam Boolean Indicates if this user has
marked out emails sent from
your intercom instance as
SPAM

has_hard_bounced Boolean Indicates if the emails
sent to this user have been
rejected

id String User's ID on Intercom

updated_at Date User's last update date
app_id String Your Intercom's instance ID
user_id String Id you defined for the user
image_url String Avatar image URL

last_request_at Date The time the user was last
recorded making a request

country_name String Name of the country
region_name String Name State, or municipality
city_name String Name of the city

anonymous Boolean Whether or not this is a
Lead. Always false

pseudonym String Pseudonym assigned
session_count Integer # of sessions recorded
referrer String URL user was last on

utm_campaign String Identifiess a promotion or
campaign

utm_content String Identifies what brought the
user to the site

utm_medium String Identifies what type of
link was used

utm_source String Identifies which site sent
the traffic

utm_term String Identifies search terms
postal_code String Postal code
timezone String Timezone
continent_code String Continent code

country_code String Country code in ISO 3166
format

user_agent_data String User-agent data from thy
the user's browser

latitude String Location latitude
longitude String Location longitude
last_seen_ip String Last seen IP
