With the Wootric email integration you can bring customer feedback directly into your email inbox. You can set up rules to send feedback about your app to a product email inbox, or promoters to a marketing email inbox. Or, you can configure more sophisticated routing by response properties--for example, direct responses from customers on an enterprise pricing plan to a member of the success team.
We currently support the following out of the box feedback rules: All responses, Promoters, Passives, Detractors, All responses with comments, Promoters with comments, Passives with comments and Detractors with comments.
Additionally, any properties that you have configured for us to receive when capturing a response can also be used for routing.
Visit your account settings panel and in the left menu find and click on the "Send Wootric Data" button. This button is under "Integrations".
In the list of integrations, find the one that says "Send new feedback to your email inbox" and click the green "set up" button.
Enable the email integration by clicking the green "enable email integration" button.
Click the "add another" button to add a new rule, and enter your email address.
Click the "save" button to save your rules.
