Sometimes it's necessary to make updates to the designated owner on your project account. This can be done inside the platform only by the existing owner.
Stop here and contact us for help if:
the existing owner's email is no longer accessible
the email domain of the new owner does not match the email domain of the current owner. We enforce this in the platform for security reasons.
Updating the Owner
Click on the settings wheel in the top right hand corner of the dashboard and navigate to Account Settings-->Your Account in the left hand panel.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section entitled "Danger Zone"
Click on the option to "Change Account Owner"
4. As prompted, enter the new owner email address, and your Account Token. As a reminder your account token is in the format NPS-XXXXXXXX and is located both in your Account Settings, as well as in the URL of your dashboard. This will confirm the update of the owner email to the one specified.
