Two Important Notes:
Only the Owner of the Wootric survey account can change the survey question.
Changing your survey question will delete all responses from your account. Once your responses are deleted, your responses cannot be restored.
(1) Go to Settings
Once you're logged in to Wootric (and you're the owner of the Account), click on the gear/wheel on the top right of the Wootric dashboard.
(2) Your Account >> Danger Zone
Within Settings, you can reach the Your Account page via the left sidebar under Account Settings. (You may have to scroll to see the Account Settings section).
Scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' and hit "Change Survey Question". Make sure you are in the project you want to change the question of by double-checking that the account name and token are correct.
(3) Confirm with the Account Token
To confirm changing your account to a new question type, you'll need to copy/paste the Account Token. It can be found on your current page (Your Account) or within the URL (it will look like: NPS-xxxxxxx).
Changing your survey question will delete all responses within this account, and they cannot be restored. If you'd like to save them for your records, you can export responses from your dashboard first.
