Two Important Notes
Only the Owner of the Wootric survey account clear all responses from an account.
Once you've deleted your responses, your responses cannot be restored.
If your account is older than a month, responses cannot be cleared without Contacting Support.
Remove just a few responses
If there are just a few responses to delete, you can go to your Feedback page and select "Mark Invalid". Any feedback set as invalid will be excluded from all reporting.
(1) Go to Settings
Once you're logged in to Wootric (and you're the owner of the Account), click on the gear/wheel on the top right of the Wootric dashboard.
(2) Your Account >> Danger Zone
Within Settings, you can reach the Your Account page via the left sidebar under Account Settings. (You may have to scroll to see the Account Settings section).
Scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' and hit "Clear Dashboard". Make sure you are in the project you want to clear of responses by double-checking that the account name and token are correct.
NOTE: Only newer accounts can clear responses without Customer Support assistance.
(3) Confirm with the Account Token
To confirm the process of clearing your dashboard, you'll need to copy/paste the Account Token. It can be found on your current page (Your Account) or within the URL (it will look like: NPS-xxxxxxx).
Once your responses have been deleted, they cannot be restored
