How do I remove a response so it does not affect my NPS, CES or CSAT scores?

Mark a response invalid and remove it from all reporting.

You can invalidate individual responses, removing their scores from the calculation of your NPS, CES, or CSAT scores. You do so by going to the Feedback section in your Wootric dashboard, identifying the individual response, and invalidating it (i.e. "Mark Invalid").

NOTE: For CXI accounts that are synced to a survey dashboard, marking a response invalid will remove it from your CXI account.
