What is a UX Lite survey?
A UX Lite survey is a lightweight version of a user experience survey that gathers feedback on key aspects of the user experience. It's designed to be easy to complete and is often used in conjunction with an NPS survey.
By combining the results of a UX Lite survey with an NPS score, organizations can gain a more comprehensive understanding of their customer's experiences and identify areas for improvement.
How do I create a UX-Lite survey on Wootric?
(1) Start with a CES survey
Because this survey configuration is quite unique, it's better to create this survey with a new account. As the scores and feedback will only make sense in context of UX-lite.
(2) Customize Survey - Step 1
Question: Product is easy to use.
For the CES question you'll need to customize the first question. If you don't have this feature, please ask support@inmoment.com to enable it on your Wootric account.
(3) Step 2 - use your picklist for the new scale
Question: Product’s capabilities meet my requirements.
Prompt: Please answer between 1 - 5
Picklist:
1 - Strongly Disagree
2
3
4
5- Strongly Agree
Make sure not to randomize the order of the 1-5. If you don't wish to have the user provide open-ended feedback after giving you the scores, you can hide the comment box.
